- Cancellations and Refunds: Design fees are non-refundable after the customer accepts the first draft. All other refunds are subject to the cancellation, return and refund policy. For advice on the return and refund policy of your product, please contact support@toontailsstudio.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToonTails Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
